Checklist for Leaders

We share the following leadership qualities identified by an anonymous author:

Leaders

• Do not seek high places, but answer calls to serve because of abilities and willingness to serve.
• Know what direction they are going, why they are going, and how they are going to get there.
• Are not easily discouraged and shun excuses.
• Seek the best in others and for others.
• Possess humility.
• Work for the common good rather than personal gratification.
• Develop others for leadership.
• March with the troops, but correctly chart the pathway to success.
• Have the ability to walk with their heads in the clouds while their feet are on the ground.
