Evaluation Tools for Company Diversity Programs

Why do companies need employees who reflect the ethnic, racial and gender composition of our society? Diversity equals inclusion and inclusion equals the bottom line. What is good for the bottom line is good for the company and vice versa. The skillful blending of a diverse workforce generates innovation that generates better solutions, which generate better outcomes. For this reason, many companies tout Diversity Programs.
